Enter the code your admin gave you, pick a username, set a password. The mailbox is ready right away.

  1. Issued by an Abnormal admin. 16 letters and digits, case does not matter.

  2. Lowercase letters, digits and . _ -. Starts and ends with a letter or digit, at most 64 characters. This becomes your address.

Where do codes come from?

An Abnormal admin issues them. A code creates one mailbox; a used, expired or disabled code is flagged as soon as you type it.

What can a username be?

Lowercase letters, digits and . _ -, starting and ending with a letter or digit, up to 64 characters. Taken usernames are flagged as you type.

What does the password need?

At least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a digit. Generate gives you a random 16-character one. Save it.

How do I read and send mail?

Any mail app works: the login is the full address, and the IMAP and SMTP servers are listed after creation. Webmail works too.

I forgot the password.

It is shown only once, at creation. Write to us with the address and the code you used, and an admin resets it.
